89ok Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Obligations

Access to and use of the 89ok platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during the use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 89ok enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years for all account holders. This requirement applies without exception to all players regardless of the jurisdiction from which they access the platform.

The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. 89ok employs technical and manual procedures to detect duplicate accounts and will suspend all associated accounts upon detection.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must not use false names, fictitious identities, or misleading contact details. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and must notify 89ok immediately if any of your details change.

• Using the platform for any activity that constitutes money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime under applicable law.

89ok reserves the right to investigate any account activity it reasonably suspects to be in breach of these conduct provisions, and to take such action as it considers appropriate including account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 89ok's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your 89ok account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• 89ok is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive loss or damage, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• 89ok is not liable for any losses arising from interruptions to service caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service failures, mobile network outages, payment gateway downtime, or force majeure events.
• 89ok is not responsible for any gambling losses you incur through use of the platform. Gambling involves inherent risk and you accept this risk fully upon registration.
• Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 89ok's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the account holder via the last verified payment method used, subject to completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements.
